On Your Marks started over 11 years ago because an Asda driver named Mark Higginbottom was sadly diagnosed with Lymphatic cancer and had only a short time to live.

The owner of the Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, Mr. David Walton kindly gave us permission to hold a fund raising day and we agreed to put some Asda trucks on the track for colleagues to pay to drive them with a driving instructor beside them.

Since the start of the On Your Marks charity day almost 12 years ago, the On Your Marks team and everyone connected with this day has raised an incredible £245,000.  Charities that have benefitted include, When You Wish Upon A Star, Piston Ring YMCC, Acorns, Skegness Childrens Home, Clic Sargent, Rainbow’s, LOROS, Wishes4KIds and others.

2013 Success!

Records tumble at BRUNTINGTHORPE charity spectacular, raising £46,200 for charity (video on main page)

THOUSANDS of people enjoyed the fastest and biggest On Your Marks yet as the speed festival hit a thrilling new level of excitement.

Thunderous flypasts and hundreds of super cars took centre stage with 15,000 spectators from all across Britain lapping up the action.
